Terms & Conditions for ResidualTrafficSystem.com

Members are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating commissions to their account by any means and cheaters will be removed and banned this includes any form of illegal activity and the spamming of your affiliate URL. Any one found sending their affiliate URL out by spam will have their details forwarded to the host who may take legal procedings against you.

ResidualTrafficSystem uses Paypal as a form of taking payments and we are not part of the Paypal company nor can we accept any loss or damage for their use.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and/or discontinue this service at any time.

We reserve the right to hold any cash payment you make to us if we are investigating your account with us for wrongful use.

If an account is deleted you will lose all commissions in the account at the time of deletion including any part left in a membership.

If you decide to remove your account you will need to click the remove link on the bottom of emails from us as well as the unsubscribe link on emails from your upline. (Excluding welcome email).

When joining, you will be added to your uplines autoresponder and we can not accept responsability for any email or its content or offers that your upline sends. We can not control the frequency they send it nor are we able to stop them sending it to you. You must click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email from them if you do not wist to receive their email any longer.

Special offers are for a limited time only and can be withdrawn from the system at any time.(even before offer end date)

By joining ResidualTrafficSystem you agree to receive offers and updates from ourselves up to twice a day maximum. (This excludes any system notices you may recieve automatically for inactive accounts, etc.) Mail outs from us may contain private advertisements of a product or service offered not by ourselves.

Use of our ResidualTrafficSystem and other services we provide is at members own risk and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any information.
